Being an experienced aviation executive with an exceptional track record, Dan has been leading organizations and transactions resulting in sales of hundreds of aircraft and helicopters over the past 15 years, being in charge of the Loyd's Aviation Group as its CEO. Dan brings to Jety extensive experience in closing aircraft transactions, relationships with OEMs, and worldwide possibilities of networking with aviation professionals and customers alike.

Lead Pilot

Nechama is a commercial pilot with nearly 20 years of aviation experience. She joined the Group in 2021 after building a diverse career that includes six years with EL AL, flying the B737 as Captain and the B787 worldwide. She has also supported FAA and National Weather Service projects and managed high-profile corporate delegations. Nechama holds degrees in Aeronautical Science and Public Policy.

Katarzyna is a seasoned aviation sales professional with 12 years of industry experience and a strong focus on the light aircraft segment. Since joining the Group in 2023, she has brought extensive commercial expertise and technical understanding to the team. As the first woman in Poland to complete her PPL(A) training on a high-performance light aircraft, she remains an active pilot alongside her executive responsibilities.

Holds a master's degree from Warsaw University and a Diploma from the University of Florida. Legal Adviser and member of several law chambers.
